For those interested in the older Panter history, a family member emailed a few days ago with a link to Aunt Lizzie’s memoir called ‘My Life’ – it is now publicly available on Google Books.

Aunt Lizzie is Henrietta Elizabeth Selby-Hele, a grand-daughter of John Leach Panter and daughter of Sarah Maria Panter and Henry Selby-Hele, and features in the 1851 family party portrait.
